Uhm when I play Sister (Raised A eek!) it sounds wrong (Due to the Tuning) I don't think its my tuner because when I tuned back to standard (EADGBE) I played Ants Marching and it sounded right.

Is something wrong with the tab/the capo different than I think?

It's Capo 7, or Raised B. However, before putting on the capo, you have to tune your low E to D. Then Capo up and you should be good.

So, I was playing along to the 8.1.09 version of Shotgun and I realized that there might be a little something missing from the main riff. Sounds like there should be another quick hit of the 5th fret right at the beginning like so:
