so the 52355232 part you are playing, is it the same tab as this site or are you playing something a bit different

Yes its the tab from the site , but on the tab , to my ear , it sounds like its missing 1 pick on the last note , so its actually , 523552322

There are some very, very lazy people on this board!

Dave, you're playing is great, man, but, it still needs a lot of work, and you are out of tune a lot! HOWEVER....you are a real good player, dude. KEEP IT UP.

The rest of you....sit down and figure some of these songs out! Pat and Dave can't be the only ones. I have seen some craazy requests for video clips for easy, non-Dave songs, too.

You will never be good players if you do not find out the keys of these tunes yourselves. The danger of the internet...it is made too easy for too many!

Sorry to be such a d***, but it the truth, y'all. Sit down, and learn by ear, or tab, but LEARN. You have to find out why certain things work...why does this chord go with this chord...etc.

We all benefit from the great playing of guys like Dave and Pat, but you have to do the work yourselves, too.

Oh, Dave....can't blame the strings, dude. You're better than that, man! Really, you play great.

Now everybody.....GO PRACTICE!

too me that was a perfect example of constructive critism. He obviously didnt mean to be offensive. Dave is a great guitar player, much better than i am, but he could use improvement just like anyone else.

For the support. No offense meant. I have played a long time, and these resources were not available to me when I started.

I just meant that it helps to learn the theory of WHY IT GOES TOGETHER. Just picking off the video will not help you do that.

Okay so this may have been mentioned in the 24 pages of posts but I'm not going to read all of those so give me a break. My question is if you're using a tab I could access for waste? All the ones I've found don't sound as good as that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
