Don't say it's easy

daves songs have a learning curve in my opinion. i used tabcrawler for a year and a half on my own to try and learn metallica, and when my friends would ask me to play i couldnt produce anything really. i switched to dave this summer and totally gave up my social life since i was going to a new school anyways and learned as many dave songs as i could. i first tryed what would you say and after a week i had dinged up my guitar pretty bad. so then i moved to proudest monkeys and typical situation, and worked my way up. after about 5 months i finally have mastered warehouse and tripping billies. now i still make mistakes, but i think i can do it on stage and no body will care or anything. basically, daves songs are a bitch at first, but just put time and dont give up and it all comes to ya. i dont think there are many bad guitar players, i just think the better ones are the ones who put a lot of time and stick with it. just get over that learning curve and its all downhill!!
