It cant just be the 8 then the little slide from 4 to 5, its to dead in between that. Sorry to ressurect this old post but does anyone else agree there is something at least along the lines of what Im talking about?

I used to do the 8-7 but now I just do the 8 but I throw like a slap or a mute in between that and the 4/5\4 slide or hammer on. I don't really have a strict way of doing it.
