wow. that was just uncalled for. i didn't know this board could be so hostile. you really don't have to act like an ass for people to think you are cool. we are all pretty cool together so i just don't understand why you're so pissed. i just thought you were going for a D. man oh man. are you having a bad day? hope it gets better!!

anyways isn't that chord a Dsus2 Aug5 or dim6. the 3 on the G is an A# and sounds terrible. so i am guessing you meant 2 right there.
but i think a power chord in this place would be rather bland, the rest of the song is so simple, why end it with something even more simple?
they do have their place, but i still try to use them as little as i have to
