No worries, friend! Go about halfway down on the first page of the thread and click the Sendspace link for the PDF file. On the page that opens, click the link at the bottom of the page to download. Then, once it's downloaded, I'm sure you have a PDF file reader, namely Adobe, so if you click it, it should open right up. If not, download adobe acrobat reader; it should be a free download.

Definitely! This DMB book is excellent.

Has anyone added bookmarks to the PDF so that the table of contents is clickable? If not, I am going to do this myself and I'll post it for everyone.
