It's hard to not mute the d string with your middle finger when you do it like that. I've been playing it middle finger - a, pointer - d, ring - g, pinky - bar b and e, and muting the low e with middle finger. thats how I play it. But the D string gets muted by my middle finger and the E string gets muted by my ring finger. I know you guys are going to say practice practice practice but I have been playing for quit awhile and can play almost every DMB song just fine. Maybe someday after Ive been playing for 15 years Ill be able to. play them.Kukini wrote:r

i use my little finger for the high strings,index for the 11, and middle for the low 12th.
way easier to slide/ funk it
