I know alot about keeping time and time signatures and all that jazz. I played drums for 12 years. I just don't know why knowing the beats per minute is of any relevance. We aren't site reading this music. If you can keep time better by knowing how many beats per minute vs. tapping your foot, more power to you

i think it's useful if you wanna play Dave songs with a metronome when you practice.
