I love the Dunlop Tortex .50s and .60s depending on what I'm playing.
Dave uses the Orange Dunlop Tortex .60s w/DMB on them instead of the turtle.

i totally agree with the comment about pearloid picks and picking songs, especially the stone... once i played that song with a pick like that it was ten times easier... otherwise i use tortex reds and oranges(i wanna say like .5 and .63), but the better i get the thicker pick i like to use, much better for picking, and my touch has gotten better so i can still strum lightly with a big ass piece of plastic in my hand

I use the Dunlop Tortex Standard, .73 yellow. They work great for me.

i think the picks dave uses, the dunlop .60 are a tiny bit too hard...they need to make a dunlop .56, that would be perfect.
I use a pickboy .60 carbon nylon, which are awesome I think, but they are a tad too flimsy...they would need to make a .64...
keep in mind that i only really use these when my cock is too sore...
