Could just be me, but to me it sounds like at the end of this he goes back down to the bflat octave chord and slides up to the d octave chord. Maybe??

but to actually answer your question, i've been transcribing DMB stuff for years (http://www.angelfire.com/music4/dmbmidis) but only pop up every once in a while when there are new songs to be tabbed

actually i'm not sure, i don't think i hear anything there except the G to D thing.. i'll check in a bit but i have my girlfriend on the phone now and i have a hard time talking and tabbing at once :)
