for those who dont use a pic

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

technically the thumb isn't a finger...it only has a proximal and distal joint..."fingers" have proximal, distal and medial joints....im a nerdy med student....dont listen to me

yeah...i use the index fingernail too. i dont like how jimi thing sounds without a pic, so i use one there, and crash sometimes as well, but that's about it. everything else i can strum a lot more free without a pic. when i do, i either use fender heavys or dunlop .73's
