So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I just have a small question about #41. When playing #41 on an acoustic guitar on the verse do you hit the single notes in the same rythm as Crash Into Me or is it different? Because I just leaned the song and I play it the sane as Crash and it sounds pretty good, but I was just wondering if its right. Thanks

Do I listen to pop music because I'm miserable or am I miserable because I listen to pop music?

It sounds very similar to the Crash rhythm. Dave mixes it up a lot live, though, so you probably won't hear him play the same rhythm twice on that song during some parts. I would say just listen to him play it live or the studio recording to get a good feel of the strumming pattern.

I hope the "#41 strumming pattern" does not become a "new myth"
