I liked D&F strictly for the sick covers. Solsbury Hill, Hey Bulldog, Up on Cripple Creek, etc are phenomenal

DMB for me, with DandT taking second. I really love the jams and chemistry between the whole band, and all of them are great musicians. Each of them contribute to the whole DMB sound; without one member of DMB, that sound isn't there. I really like Dave and Tim, too. Tim accompanies Dave's songs so well. It's just that I can take both, DMB and D&T, in doses. Sometimes I prefer the other, but more often than not it's DMB.

I'd definatly have to say DMB. I'm going to have to agree with alot of others that D&T are a very close second. The major reason I chose DMB was I just love the energy that they have, and the obvious amount of fun they have up on stage jamming together.

Although, I'll continue to say that anytime I ever hear about DMB playing with Tim on stage, I get excited to hear that.

Tim is the perfect compliment to Dave and I would rather hear 2 guitars over a full band anyday. Not to mention a lot of times Dave's guitar is drowned out by the band. It's also more intimate when all the sound is stripped out.

I'll take a Tim Reynold's solo anyday over a drum solo, sax solo or violin solo.
I support this post.

to add...you've never EVER seen anything like a D&T show until you actually see one and just soak in everything

Ofcourse i am nothing less than the biggest dmb fan i know, but i had to vote d+t cause i really appreciate the intimacy and just how stripped down the songs are. Run this poll in two and half weeks and i'll vote dmb for sure. You can't put a finger on it, tough poll for sure!

D/T. I've kind of moved away from the band, but the rawness and simplicity of d/t are awesome. I'll always be able to listen to dave and tim, regardless of what kind of music "stage" I happen to be in.
