Yeah, I can play almost all of them too. Just because I did would you should NOT do when first learning guitar...that is just playing DMB. I would recommend learning the basic chords and gradually work your way up if your a beginner, I myself am to big of a davehead to pass up Dave's tunes.
Most enjoyable to play? These come to mind right now, but this list always changes: So Much To Say, Minarets, Louisiana Bayou, Help Myself, and Song That Jane Likes.

all released except a few stand up, ive never got warehouse to sound as i would like however

Yeh I know all of them except for a couple off of stand up that I have no intention on trying to learn.
My favs to play (as of late) are stone, warehouse, gravedigger, stay, Billies, JTR, Dreaming Tree (I found a new love for this song after listening to the download of them playing it recently on the tour), Nancies (My roommate loves when I do the Central Park intro, he likes the "HHHOOOOKKK me up, bartender please, won't you."), etc., etc.
There were some that were harder for me to learn than others, but once you practice and get them down, it's as if one isn't harder than the other, they all become one almost.
