you could always just do what timmy does sometimes....TUrn on an effect (optional) tremolo on open E and drop it to D then do a quick scale to check if it right and go straight into it it sounds cool if ya mess with it.

Speaking of effects, everyone should have a Boss DD5 Delay like Timmy's......theres nothing more cool in the entire world.

Yes, effects + acoustic guitar = cool.

I like using my DD-5 and DigiTech Phaser. Distortion and wah don't generally work well on acoustic guitar, lol. :wink:

He uses a DD5 (6) and a Line 6 DL4 ....i have the LIne 6 and am getting the DD6 at end of the month.

I probably should have just waited a couple of weeks and got the DD6.....but I wanted my cool new toy that day I was at the shop. Haven't been disappointed yet though. I cant see myself mastering anything on that pedal for months. Let alone figure out to implement it into anything original of mine I already have.

ive been able to mix some stuff into some dave songs but i havent been playing as much lately.
