warehouse acoustic

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

its basically just moving between a B power chord and a B augmented power chord, or in in tab form

79xxxx >> 710xxxx

i gradually add open the 4th-1st strings to build up for the change into the actual song

Does Dave play the passion intro much anymore at D&T shows? I hope he does, because that intro f***ing rules.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I'm pretty sure I remember them playing it at 3.29.03 last spring. I usually just get a the solid Warehouse rhythym starting B (7th-fret) and improv my way around the riff. I stick mostly around the 799xxx chord formation but you can also open up those x's for a few quick high strums for flavor (799000). Just get a simple rhythym/patter and focus more on the yelling...it's all about the yelling.

I always love the look that girls get on their faces when I play it for them.

I know I heard it from the mp3s of storytellers. Also, I heard one from the d&t tour, don't remember the date, and I don't have it, but it was the passion intro.

Yeah Dave plays it at 3-29-03. Another good Acoustic Warehouse is the one from the lost accoustics and the one from story tellers. The show from 2-5-96 has a pretty phat one too.
"I gots a big ol' chunky butt
I love my big ol' chunky butt"

"When you see something like that, you call it MR. Johnson"

If at first you don't succeed, try again. Then give up. There's no use being a damn fool about it.
