For the longest time i just used this old milk carton corner, you know, the one thats in the carton not the plasic jug. One day i didn't have a pick and i finished the milk and tore the top off and used one of the corner pieces. It worked really well, much better than a penny or a dime.
Since then i've upgraded to Jim Dunlop 1mm's :D

Those are what I use too, not because Dave uses them but they are simply the best.

They Don't break like alot of shitty pics...Fender pics for example
