What are the bluesy sounding chords Dave sometimes plays in the outro?

12-21-02 from 5:38 and on (Scott Brown's source). It sounds like a some sort of slide. So cool.

ya you had me wondering for a sec how you expected to play those chords till i actually read what chords they were
