For LBayou at red rocks he definitely is up in the 13-17 fret range for the intro, instead of 8-12. The rest of Bayou and Smooth Rider can be transposed one string to compensate for the 2 1/2 step tuning drop on the baritone. My eyes can't pick the strings apart to check this accurately but it looks like he could be playing them that way.

It's like Beauford said... he's just playing it in standard tuning now.

I'm just going by Bayou on the Red Rocks DVD but he definitely is playing the intro:
Which corresponds exactly to what I play on a guitar tuned B-to-B like his normal baritone tuning.
The verse to bayou transposed up one string on the neck:
and Smooth Rider the same way:
Far be it for me to dispute with regulars here, I'm just seeing him playing it like a baritone, and the reason he looks like it's standard position is because he's playin the same frets one string up for the vast majority of the SU baritone songs. The intro to LB gives it away though.
