I found "Sitting on the dock of the bay" sung by Dave Matthews. Ive been on dmbalmanac.com, antsmarching.org and none of these have this song listed?! Dose anyone have any info on this song for me! Help...Such a sweet chill song...Thanks all!

I've heard it as an ending to an Ain't It Funny How Times Slips Away cover 10-24-02
