Digging a ditch

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

What do you guys think of this song? If you havent heard the version from the headwaters benefit you may like it more, or grow to like it. In my case i found it extremely boring and now i find it much more interesting.

best song on Busted Stuff by far...not necessarily best song out of them in general but on Busted Stuff that song is just amazing...it's the most perfect representation of it that I've heard.

I've always liked it. The Sessions and the Busted versions are both great. I just love the breakdown part - its a sweet little song for sure.
good, and you?

LWS all the way. BS version is too slow. I like the LWS version cuz it's so nice and upbeat.

i think its kinda funny that such a simple simple song can be so awesome. some of his simplest guitar work has some of the best lyrics. look at like bartender, or halloween, or typical situation (though that wasnt entirely from his noodle). they have very simple guitar parts, but he compensates with great lyrics. another reason why i love dmb.

exactly, also the version from the headwater benefit has more improv and its faster and the lyrics are better.
