This:

Code: Select all

"Roll me back again..."

E:---------------
B:--------2------
G:-4---3--2---1--
D:-x---x--2---2--
A:-2---1--0---2--
E:---------------
Should look like this (minor change)

Code: Select all

"Roll me back again..."

E:---------------
B:-4---3--2------
G:-4---3--2---1--
D:-4---3--2---2--
A:-2---1--0---2--
E:---------------
(B Chord shown)

This:

Code: Select all

"...I'm coming back again"

E:----------------------------------3-3--
B:-4--------------------5---------1-0-0--
G:-1----4----7----7-----6----5----x-0-0--
D:-2----1----4----6-----6----x----2-0-0--
A:-4----2----5----5-----4----3----3-2-2--
E:------4----7----4-----------------3-3--
Should be:

Code: Select all

E:----------------------------------3-3--
B:-4--------------7-----5----5----1-0-0--
G:-1----4----7----5-----6----5----x-0-0--
D:-2----1----4----x-----6----5----2-0-0--
A:-4----2----5----6-----4----3----3-2-2--
E:------4----7----4-----------------3-3--

2 things:

1.he's going to play it slightly different often. It "shouldn't" be what you have. I mean, it CAN be, but it's not like it should be what you have.

2. that G#7 chord you have may just be a slip-up on kanter's part. Sure looks/sounds like it.

I highly doubt that dave switches those up...Captain is a pretty done song as far as changing the chords goes. I've got other mpegs but theyre all on cds at home, and its still the same

Well either way, nothing's really changing. We can pretty much be assured that Dave HAS played the C (-3555-) like -3x5--, because it'd pretty hard to confuse those two on video. I'll trust kanter's eye.

It depends on the source of the video how well you can tell what he's playing and its pretty undeniable in this one.

Bottom line, this site is pretty darn accurate, but when I download a tab I know full well that if I want to "do better" I could make my own attempt -but I don't. All tab even "official" tab is just one person's interpretation of the notes, videos, etc. Do what works for you.
