Butterfly

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Well it's been too long since i've heard this song which was at dave's solo concert with tim and trey in oakland. Anyone know where to get the mp3. I can play the chords, but i need to hear it to play it.

thanks,

Roark

I love this song - sigh. Thanks for linking it. It pretty much killed me the first time i heard it. Kinda like kind intentions, heathcliff and the stone.. damn it feels good to finally play this song. Why can't i come up with this stuff>? I think Dave is not from this planet. I'm seriously convinced of it. I mean these are such basic chords and yet i'm sitting here playing it over and over and not anything else. Gonna listen to this song on my death bed or back that ass up.

i'm pretty sure everyone here has thought that at least once. that's probably why there is a website devoted to his guitar. and if no one has said it yet, dmbtabs, welcome to it. and if someone has said it already, well, you can't say it enough.

Yea, this is so simple and yet I would've never written something like it.

So I went to DMBonTV to try and see the video of Butterfly and you need to be a member invited by a member. If anybody could help me out that would be great. Thanks.
