eh, sounds like it to me, but I haven't seen a video of it. Live I've been to far away to see it, so I'll take your word for it.

Im listening to storytellers and I dont think he goes back to the 8 on the b string but just repeats the pattern after that 3 times.

studio it sounds as if the riff ends on the b string and goes to the verse.

he definitely plays the 8 on the b string.. listen to it closely, its very quick just like purl's tab shows
and all the little ants are marching..
