Soundcheck Vid from the bridge - tab

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Unread post by PMGreyStreet » Fri Aug 08, 2003 12:24 am

I downloaded these videos from the bridge...

I was wondering if had a tab for or could tab the "New Song" out, sounds like it would be cool to screw around with.

Well its late and I dont feel like putting any effort into it, but it sounds like this:

Code: Select all

eI ------------------------
BI ------------------------
GI ------------------------
DI -44444444444444444444444
AI -1----2-----------------
EI -----------------0-----2
It sounds like it might be played in drop D, so you dont have to hit the open E string, in which case it would be like this:

Code: Select all

eI ------------------------
BI ------------------------
GI ------------------------
DI -44444444444444444444444
AI -1----2-----------------
DI -----------------2-----4
Slight palm muting on the f#
Hope that helps.

Light lift me up?
And for sure we have danced
In the risk of each other
Would like to dance
Around the world with me?
