Do you mean Stefan's slide intro or the guitar intro? If the guitar intro, it's on the main site in Standard. Just fingerpick the tab and play around with the rhythm some.

Here is what i do for it. Its not exactly whats on the cd but its close enough. Only missing two notes i think.

I dont think so. It's the same guitar as the main riff isnt it?

Yes, a steel string guitar lap guitar (or "dobro") in open D tuning.
