Any Noise

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Hope this is the song. I know it's the rarest song ever though.

is this song different than the version of say goodbye he plays in the rutebega demo cd. not sure about the date or integrity of the cd but its just dave and the whole thing is one track (bowa, wwys, cry freedom, billies, after her, jane, recently, ibyu, osw, typical, nancies, lover lay down, say goodbye). Not sure if thats the right order but those are the songs, and before he sings say goodbye he says he doesnt have any words for the song, but the lyrics he sings seem like they could be alternate lyrics to say goodbye so i was just wondering if i alreay had a version of the song. the guitar part is the same, if not better.

Any Noise/Anti Noise (early Say Goodbye) was never recorded in a studio. It's mislabeled. The version you have is a live version, back when soundboard recordings were done, inwhich you can barely hear the crowd. Any Noise was rarely ever played. It is basicly the outro to Say Goodbye, over and over again.
Yes, I am in a box

Hmmm.. "Heathcliffs Hiaku" is the rarest song, ya think huh? Do me a favor then, you find a recording of the same song I posted (other than the one I posted) and I'll bvelieve you. I can get 200 different "Heathcliffs Hiaku" recordings, from ANY Dave fan site. I'll bet you that you can't find 1 single different recording (version, same lyrics) as the song I posted. If you can (and send it to me) you're the fuckin man!

Ok, let me tell you what I mean by "rare" It's a song that few people have heard or more importantly can get a hold of. "Heathcliff's Haiku's Warriors can be found on any site. This site has the tabs for it as a matter of fact. So, your fact finding -

"Any Noise / Anti Noise "It's gracious of you"
Times Played: 8
Heathcliff's Haiku Warriors
Times Played: 3
source: dmbalmanac

hmmm well i think that settles it"

... get's an "A".
But back to "rarest song" Find me another recording of the song I posted faster than I can find 50 different "Heathcliff's Haiku Warriors" and you win. Everybody and their mother has a copy of that song. Man that's a rare song to have (Heathcliff's Haiku Warriors) haha! Now, you understand the meaning of a rare song?
