Is John Mayer a better guitar player than Dave Matthews?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Ever watched him play? He's quite amazing. He does lack in the songwriting department, but he's getting better imho.

Seeing as Dave is around 40 and John is 25, probably John, who is, by the way, the better guitarist of the two in terms of skill.

I don't know who's better, but does anyone know where to get somewhat accurate Mayer Tabs? I'm looking for This Will All Make Perfect Sense Someday. I've only ever heard a live solo recording of it and he plays really fast notes throughout the whole song but the only tabs I can find just have chords.

thanks shane, but I'm actually looking for the individual notes. I doubt I could figure out how he plays it by just looking at the chords.

Ignorant? Your use of that word is sort of ironic, seeing as it doesnt fit this situation at all... that isnt a word you should just throw around, its highly offensive.

Anyway, there are 13 pages on this topic...what more needs to be said?
