Completely disagree. I picked warehouse up before I picked up billies, wwys, bowa, and basicly any other dmb song. warehouse was my first, and still my favorite and easiest to play

Okay..be a jackass. You're over analyising the song though, bro. It's not that hard.
Please, Oh, Please send me a sound bite of your mastery of warehouse. If it is so easy than I should not be able to tell a difference between you playing and dave, right??

I never said I play it exactly like dave, did I? I play it, it sounds fine to me and obviously an audience, since I've played it live before. And don't even jump shit on me bro. I made a simple comment that said you're overanalyising it, and get 3 people jumping on me about it. I can have a fucking opinion too, can't I? How about you be a little less of a jackass? I don't know if it was this thread, or another, but I said just because it's dave's song, doesn't mean it has to sound exactly like dave.that's just being a perfectionist about it. I can play the song quite well, whether you'll believe me or not. I may post a recording of it just so I can show you I'm correct when saying it's not that hard of a song.

here is a recording I made while helping that guy up there with wwys. Be over critical, I don't care. Every person I've ever played for has told me it sounds damn near close to perfect.

I have to back him up on this...generally people make both warehouse and the stone harder than they have to be

You know what I need? A picture of myself playing guitar with another guitar standing up in the background.

i cant listen to the recording (think my computer has a virus) and this isnt directed at dmbfan63 or any one on these boards but the hard part that i find with these songs (warehouse and stone) is not just getting those rhythms down but keeping them going perfectly while whaling those lyrics out like dave does. i find it hard to land those riffs perfectly everytime while trying to sing with the emotion the songs contain, i always get sloppy somewhere in the middle.

You're a complete jackass, bro. I was playing an open mic night( http://technicalitycentral.com/May13/show5.jpg )and Everyday decided to make fucking laser eyes. Shut the absolute fuck up. I'm sick of always being the one to take shit when I make a god damn comment. That guitar in the back was the host's takamine. Just shut the fuck up. God damn. I hate this place more and more everyday.

And actually, I am playing warehouse in the picture. That is how it is played.

Yes. Singing is a different story. I personally don't even sing. I just don't enjoy doing it. But while singing, it is definetly hard to have that perfect every time. I'm not saying i'm fucking jimi hendrix up here wailing out amazing guitar riffs, But for fuck sake. Dave matthews is not the most complicated shit ever written guys.

youre a fucking jackass, i started this thread to get help with a song, the purpose of these fucking boards. Not so you could call someone out about not being able to play a song to the point he records himself playing it, to where undoubtedly he can. Which in turn shows you up, so you look like an ass and start making ignorant comments, get a fucking life and find another place to be a complete tool.

Excuse me. I found it humorous that there were two avatars in a row of people playing with another guitar in the background, and I was joking that perhaps I should keep the trend going. There's no need to be so high strung, and you just end up making yourself sound plain silly when you say things like "shut the absolute fuck up". I suggest taking a warm bath with some caramel tea, it will help calm your nerves.

And, um, I don't think that was me who said he couldn't play the song. He probably can play it, it's one of those stick-it click-it riffs.
