Crash Stroking Advice

Crash Stroking Advice

basically explains it all, im just getting some muted sounds at times from the high e... also just speed and rythem, does any video exist of just the stroking

i am having trouble with getting the bass note right, too. the strumming is the easy part, hitting that bass note seems to be a big pain in the ass for me.

Just sit by the cd player for a while and play it with it. You will get it eventually. And I think there is a video of it on the main site. So look at that.

what happened for me, i would play it and just practice hittin the bass notes, not worrying about the rhythm(tho still trying to make it sound in rhythm)...then later it just clicked on doing it perfectly.

yeah, i thought for a while i had it, then realized i ddin't after listening to somebody else play it. right now, actually, i have been working more on the stone, though.

I found a video on some guitar tutorial website of the strumming slow and then fast, but it's definatly not played right, but if you guys want the link to get an idea ill grab it for you quick.

its played a little different almost everytime, I like the D&T version from lost acoustics because you can hear the guitar easy.

hey, just listen to luther version, and play with it, i got it easily playing with the cd. once you get the rhythm and timing, the strokes will come.
