Crash into me tab?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

You play Bass note (4th fret on the A string) - down up down up, Bass (open on the A string) note down down up and then keep on going. Hope that helps. :D

yea, i'm guessing you're new to these tabs. i'll adress the question more directly.

The tabs are written so you get the general idea. kanter DOES NOT tab out how many times you strum each chord. but you hit hte bass note, then strum strum strum.... next bass note, strum some more. listen, watch a video, you'll see.

No tab really gives rhythm or timing......it is merely a tool to know WHAT to play, not necessarily how. You pretty much have to hear the song to get the whole picture. Find a solo performance (10/21/02 I think) or a D&T version. You can pick it out of the mix better and try to get a hold of the strumming pattern.
