dmb backing tracks

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Paul, where can you get them for other bands? I've been wanting this type of stuff for a while, especially some DMB.

What are the other sources?

I record my own, Usually only sections and jams not the whole song. I have done a full remix type thing for Minarets.

this isn't for guitar, but it is for drums. so whatever.

id like to get ahold of the tracks carter used to play along with on his instructional DVD. I wonder if they re-recorded those, or if they just took the studio cuts, and dropped the drums out of them??

I usually take my MC-303 Groove Box and program a drum/rhythm loop of a part of a DMB song and work on solos over it. For instance, the jam at the end of Jimi Thing. I'll program the bass and drum parts and just play away pretending that I'm Tim Reynolds....except minus all the talent.
