Where can I find this song?

Where can I find this song?

I found a song that was labeled as a Dave song. Its called the "Graduation song" and its a bluesy song, pretty good too. I'm just wondering if anyone has come across this song as well, and, if they know who the band is. Thanks for any help.

vitamin c did a song called graduation song, i think, but if you can confuse dave and those girls, you might should be slapped
