can someone do a video of this for me? when i listen to the song and look at the tab, it sounds like theres something missing, i hope it isnt just me...

Well I made a clip for you anyway. Dont have a video camera, sorry. This is how I play it and I think it sounds ok. Hope it helps.

could be because it's played on a 12 string. This is what I do to give it more of a 12 string sound:
