Captain

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I'm trying to figure out the tab for Captain. I've only heard the Busted Stuff version and the tabs on the website don't seem to follow it. Does anyone else know what i'm talking about? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The tabs on this site are right, but if you want to look at an alternative try here:

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": The food court is downstairs. The cookie stand is upstairs. It's not like we're talking quantum physics here.

As Winglet said the tabs on this site are accurate, there is also a video showing Kanter playing it with audio. Listen to it and Im sure you'll see that they are in fact correct. http://www.dmbtabs.com/song.php?sid=72 just click on view video under whatever portion of the song youre trying to play.

The portions to be played are what's confusing me. Above the portions a segment of the lyrics are placed to show you what part of the song the tabs coincide with. For example, one says "Roll me back again", however when I go to the lyrics page, those words are even in the song. Therefore I am confused. I might as well just purchase the song book for the album.

those are actually the lyrics for "Crazy" i believe. "roll me back again" is actually "oh my love, how you do me..." etc.

"i'm coming back again..." is actually "wont you come dance with me my love..."

maybe that will help

or listen to my cover... http://billywestom.iuma.com
