i honestly dont think weve seen the best of a lot of guitarists out there. i bet tim would be able to do some crap that you would be amazed of even after listening to his stuff. i bet dave has some stuff that he could wow people with too. thats like me saying im better than all of you even though ive never seen you play.

i don't even think we can fathom the number of riffs that dave hasn't brought out into full or even partial songs yet. he's got a lot left up in his head.
i think the thing about tim is that he has a drive to play to a level that challenges him with every note. he won't make his job easy. so when he is playing alternate voicings of chords along with what dave is doing it is just so he doesn't get bored. and he is thinking ahead at how he wants to play that next chord. the man has the biggest chord dictionary in his head. and that is why many of his solo songs are so out there and spacey filled with slap base style and harmonics all over. and that's why every one of his performances are different cuz he will basically redo the song and add a little more everytime. he likes it to be difficult. and he does that whole jimi hendrix thing only faster where even a wrong note he'll slide up or mute it before any of us can even catch it.
i am just always amazed at a guy like tim. i've only met one other guy that comes close named micheal kelsey that does a bunch of crazy stuff with guitar but even he is no tim.

These aren't the kinds of posts we want around here. Those are the kind of posts that just turn into stupid fights(even if it didn't) and these boards try to stear cleer of them as much as possible.canuck_dmb wrote:You don't even know the half of it......don't make anymore posts.subotai wrote:I think its pretty obvious .....

Now, as for what he was saying...it is "pretty obvious" that he was joking. I think that's a given. And if he wasn't then so be it.....

i agree let's talk about something less serious. like have you guys ever seen a squirrel take a crap. i haven't. and i've seen thousands of squirrels. i see about 10-20 a day on campus. don't they ever have to go....
or what about raisinettes. wouldn't the name make you think they were just smaller raisins? but no they are much more than raisnins...it just doesn't make sense.
or mel gibson. really he is the coolest. that's final. i mean surely we can all agree on that....
aren't these the things that really matter. uh and by "matter" i meant "don't matter"

I can honestly say Ive never seen a squirrel shit, but I do see about 1,000 squirrels a day. Whats even weirder, they are black squirrels, and theyre huge. I had never seen them till I came to Kent State and they are everywhere, black and grey squirrels as far as the eye can see. Has anyone else ever seen one, I dont even remember what a regular squirrle looks like.
