I am having trouble with when to play the transition and the video doesn't seem to work anymore. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Is your problem just changing the chords or is it the timing...what exactly is it?

I can't quite hear when the transition occurs. Does he play it all the way through to the slide and then transition or is it before that.

you can hear the guitar really well on the Gorge
