The Maker strumming pattern?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Having trouble with the strumming pattern...curious if anyone know how Dave plays it?

he played it at Benaroya Hall on 10.24.02 so if you track down that version, you'll be set. its good and clear. the Live in Chicago is a little different but basically the same. just listen to it and get the timing in your head, and play along with it, till you get the rhythm and timing and then keep practicing.

they are pretty different versions..., the on in 10.24.02 is much easier...but I like the one he plays on chicago much better, but its much harder...still havent figured out the strumming pattern either...

Yeah...the Benoyara one is played with all power chords and no slides, from what I can think of from memory....haven't heard it in a while. I will be tabbing out the Benoyara version from video soon.......peace all

The "Lost Acoustics" version is good for trying to figure out the strumming pattern...
