When I would tune for the song when I wrote it, it would allow me to do it about 4 times.

also u cant do the ending if ur not in Drop D

yes you can. There's ways to modify it, but it does sound better in drop d.

I love the effect that droping the high E has on crush.. especially for the verse. sometimes i do mute it during the song, but for the most part i just give'r all the way through the song at full double drop D...

I used to play Crush in double drop but I like to slide that high e in there every once in a while, I think it sounds cool.
