Dave's new song from Norfolk. "What day is this?"

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Anyone get a good view of him playing it? Im not sure if thats the title or not he didnt say it. It kind of reminded me of the way crash was played everything was built off that one chord.

Would be cool to get the tab for it. I downloaded it off the newgroup and having been playnig it a bunch. Good song.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": The food court is downstairs. The cookie stand is upstairs. It's not like we're talking quantum physics here.

Well, the song is brand-spankin' new (i'm assuming it's kinda like bartender developing from the '99 d+t tour - first time played was 3/26/03. The title from the setlist on the stage was "Stay or Leave", but we can't assume that this is the final/permanent name (also, setlists abbreviate almost every song, who knows whether this is the full title or what...)

there is the chance that it could change down the line (like bartender came from reconcile your differences, don't drink the water came from leave me praying/weight of the world), however dave has referred to it himself as stay or leave, so for right now that's the permanent title forever...subject to change.

I'm pretty sure he called it that at Winston Salem, but I'm CERTAIN he called it Stay or Leave at Boone. (I was there and was also just listening to the show)

I really really really like the song.

over in the musician's forum on ants, there's a tab w/o a capo. No bridge, though.

Damn, why do I have to be at work....there are no guitars at work. I think I need to change jobs. One that will let me have computers, guitars, and beers at work. Mmmm....dream job.
Peace,

Stunt

It's also called Stay or Leave on the dmband.com setlist page.
