is this song played on a 12 string? that was one of first things i thought when i heard it, although the recording wasnt too good

its not played on a 12 string. at least it wasnt on 6-18

winglet, nice job of getting that out so quickly! Did you get that from one of the concerts or by ear? I was at the Chicago concert and it looked like he played it something like this(I'm horrible at tabbing):
