I like the orange .6mm Tortex...es. I used Fender mediums for a while but it got annoying having to remove a lodged piece of pick plastic everytime I tried to play something remotely percussive.

I also use the dunlop tortex, i just moved up from the red(.5mm, i think) to the orange...i've been switching back and forth between the orange(.6mm) and the green(.88), depending on what i'm playing.

Dunlop Tortex Orange. They're a good medium pick and they don't slide around as much between your fingers like Fender mediums.

I use several kinds, bt predominantly Dunlop Nylon .60mm because the tip is more flexible and te nylon is easier to grip with not so much clickyness as the other one - Dunlop Tortex .60mm Black, which I use predominantly for volume, but can be used for finesse if handled properly.
That being said, 9 times out of 10, I've got a Tortex .46mm Pink when I'm practicing. I think that's because there's a case of them around here somewhere, so it doesn't matter how many I lose.
