Recently (best live version) question
Recently (best live version) question
Ok, I have this (awesome!) Recently live version (from Shoreline Amphitheatre in 2000).
There´s a really cool guitar part here, at the end of the "go away, go away, go away, go away..."part, that I just can´t figure out.
Does anybody know what is played there?
Thank You Very Much,
peace,
Daniel

Re: Recently (best live version) question
are you talking about the part where he starts really jamming away AFTER he sings 'go away go away go away etc..' and when the sax and violin go back and forth??Dakial wrote:Ok, I have this (awesome!) Recently live version (from Shoreline Amphitheatre in 2000).

If so, that jam is just the verse strummed in a different pattern and with added muting....let me know if i'm referring to the same thing...

Yeah, is just after he stops singing, everything stops and he starts jamming with carter, it happens at 05:23....tjmac66pc wrote: are you talking about the part where he starts really jamming away AFTER he sings 'go away go away go away etc..' and when the sax and violin go back and forth??

This would be a good time for me to ask if anyone knows how to play the Recently jam on the new warehouse CD. I asked a while back but nobody responded so if anyone knows please let me know. Thanks
If your friend is already dead, and being eaten by vultures, I think it's okay to feed some bits of your friend to one of the vultures, to teach him to do some tricks. But ONLY if you're serious about adopting the vulture.
Maybe the "go away, go away, go away" Jam would be something like that?
Code: Select all
e -----------------------------------------------------------
B -12(4)--------13(4)---12(4)---10(2)------------------------
G -----------------------------------------------------------
D -12(3)--------12(3)---12(3)---12(3)--------9---10---11-----
A -10(1)--------10(1)---10(1)---10(1)--------7---8-----9-----
E -----------------------------------------------------------
I dont think that that first part is right but the second part may be. If anyone has the video kanter said he would tab it out for us.
