damn $6000. how could you spend that much on a guitar. if i had $6000 i think i'd probobly do something besides buy a guitar. but that is such a nice guitar. dear lord........

$6000, is a f--kload of money, I got so lucky when i bought mine, #101 the guy,I guess, didnt know what he could get for it on ebay, i offered him $3000 and he said yes. I was like holy shit, no way. I totaly did not expect that to happen and i put it on a CC. The crazy thing was that thre onths before that I just bought a 914c, not thinking I would have a opp. to buy a DM3MD for the same money. Now I have both and I love them both so much I cant bear to get rid of one. I feel guilty that i spent so much, but I have my two dream guitars. Point being, I dont think I would sell my Martin for even $6000, I hope to keep it forever.

FYI, the middle piece on the back isn't stained - it's African Paduk wood. The other two pieces are East Indian Rosewood as used in the D-35.

I love me some Martin's...
