Wow this was surprising

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Wow this was surprising

Unread post by Fortran » Mon Feb 17, 2003 10:17 am

I have been using dmbtabs.com for a while and though it was probably the best tab site I've ever been on (except for Pearl Jam's giventowail.com), but i never thought to check the forums. I checked the forums today for the first time and while scrolling through posts, I see that the site is run by Canadians

not only did that surprise me, but that fact that one of the guys is from Fredericton just blew my mind, considering that it's the same city I live in. Anyways I just wanted to say keep up the good work and if you ever need a couple guys to jam with, let me know 8)

I'm from Nova Scotia :) yeah, there are a lot of Canadians on the boards for some reason. its either 'cause we are generally better musicians or that we have nothing better to do but to doodle on message boards. probably the latter case :)
good, and you?

Hey...I have a busy life...between walking my pet beaver, drinking beer, playing hockey and peace keeping I've got a hectic schedule!

Peace,

I actually live on the UNB campus cause that's where I got to school. I live in Miramichi in the summer but am in Fredericton for most of the year.

Hey Frederictonians.....Although I no longer live in Fredericton (or Canada for that matter) I spent 23 years there before moving to the USA. I get home about 4 times a year and usually end up playing a couple open mics and the odd solo gig. You guys play out anywhere?
