Help Burning CDs

Unread post by cpowell21 » Wed Feb 12, 2003 10:15 pm

http://dmb.nntp69.us/ Can anyone tell me how to convert these files to mp3s so that I can burn them to a CD. Also when I click "save target as..." I cannot burn the files that are downloaded then either. Thanks for the help.

click copy shortcut
then go into windows media player or whatever and hit open url, then paste
and voila, the whole concert in your playlist

to download them onto your pc, wait till the song has finished then hit file and save media as

save it with a name to a directory, and remember the directory so you can go back to it when its time to burn your cd

Do you have to do this after each song, or can you wait until the entire concert has finished playing and do it all at once?

Gotta love the people who dont read all the other topics.........

I think if the owner of the site wanted them to be downloaded, they would have put them like that on their server!

I think its best if you just listen to them the way they are ment to so ya dont slow down their server

See the problem comes when everyone is trying to download and burn CD's off that site they will get such crappy bandwidth and then eventually it'll get so bad they have to shut the site down. we don't want that.

And the whole point of posting is to get people's opinions and informations about things. word.

actually youre all wrong

when you copy the shortcut to windows media player it only uses half of the bandwidth it would take to listen to the song from internet explorer, and after its finished playing, it doesnt even go through the site to save it because you already have it on your pc

i dont want to come off as mean but i really didnt ask if people thought it was right or not. i only asked how to do it. if people didnt want me to do it then they didnt have to tell me and my purpose is certainly not to better myself at others expense (about the bandwidth). anyway sorry for the smart comment and thanks for all the help jtr.
