dave uses a capo?

just to clear things up...
first i asked if dave uses a capo because i saw him playing a guitar with a capo on the headstock, i found out the guitar wasn't his.
then someone said that dave doesn't have to use a capo because he has so many gutars that he can just tune them all differently so he'll never have to use one.
i answered by saying thats not the reason he doesn't use a capo because you can't use a capo to achieve what he does with his tunings and when you can they are very limiting.
then someone proceeded to kick me in the balls

To whomever said that they saw a picture of Dave actually using a capo....
That picture has stirred up many threads in the past. It's actually the mic stand. The person took Dave out of the picture completely, so you cannot see the stage, mic stand, etc. The only part of the mic stand remaining is across the fretboard making it look like a capo.
I've seen the pic and I've seen the original.
