guests on albums

Unread post by erech » Wed Jan 28, 2004 10:55 pm

I'm really interested in finding out which artists have guested on the albums and which songs. Does anyone know a website which tells me which artists played which songs on which album. THanks!

I can give you what I know from memory

R2T - Tim on some, that's it.
UTTAD - John Popper on WWYS
Crash - Tim throughout the whole thing
BTCS - Tim, John D'earth, Greg Howard, Alanis Morsette, the Lovely Ladies, Bela Fleck, Butch Taylor, oh and Big Voice Jack gave them penny whistes
LWS - just the band
Everyday - Glen Ballard, Santana, Vusi Mahlasela
Busted Stuff - just the band
Some Devil - too many for me to remember and list, lol.

Nope, Peter Greisar quit the band in early 1993, and now has a new band.

nope, he was on the keyboard for about 2 or 3 years when the band first started. I believe he co-wrote SMTS, not sure though

I think that tells who played what on which album.. but I'm not sure if it tells which specific songs

peter played harmonica on SMTS, and yes, it was co-written by peter, and I believe he actualy got a grammy also for it, since he helped write it. WWYS didn't have harmonica til the album, and I don't think it has had it really anytime after the album.

I have a video of the band at some concert playing with John Popper, and instead of him JUST playing on the solo, he also plays throughout the whole song. It's pretty nice.
