how do you play xxx0xx? where there is just one open string i don't get how you play that? (i'm still new to this) ! thanks

i don't know how to play this song, but i would guess that you can mute all of the other strings with one, two, or three fingers if u wish

use your thumb to mute the first 3, then another finger to mute the last two. i use my ring finger or my index...

that song if fingerpicked at least thats how dave does it right? if your fingerpicking then just pick that one note.

i play waste starting with D instead of C. trey plays waste D styly when he plays live, and its easier...

hey guys, check out this tab. it's perfect.
but if you want to play it in standard, then matty booms is also very good

bunch of really accurate Phish stuff. And playing waste in D is a lot easier especially on an accoustic guitar.
