has anyone tabbed some devil?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

g|-----------------------------------------|
d|-----------------------------------------|
a|-----12----12----9----7----5----5----7---|
E|--10-----9-----7----5----3----3----5---5/|

Note: The first note (B) of the verse is the only note that is different than the song played in baritone tuning, so retuning isn't necessary unless you REALLY want that bass note

Elliot's tab is wrong.. I didn't listen to his mp3.. but I hope he plays it with different fretting than wrote.. And I think the notation is inconsistent because of the partial capo.. "0" is 3 frets away from "1" .. but whatever.. I guess we take "0" to be "open", but what if we need to play a real 1st fret note.. whatever.. anyways.. same notation.. fixed notes

you're right, my bad, I'm not used to tabbing w/ capo and just didn't pay attention at all...and 0 is open and 1 is relative to the capo...gay, I know, but that's how it works for the song. If you were to capo everything and drop the F# down a step to E, it would be a lot more difficult to play.

When I saw him play it live, I was darn sure that he was sliding xx777x to xx999x. I play it in standard as an 'a' chord sliding into a 'b' chord (xx222x slide xx444x). If I had time to tab it out I would. He def arpeggios down an 'G' then 'A' barre chord. Some times I think that he might take the last 2 notes of the G barre, combine them and slide them into the A and then arpeggio the A. I am insane and in a rush so ignore this as much as you feel necessary

peace
I love you oh so well, like a kid loves candy and fresh snow.
